Brief
Contrary to what most might think, working with the competition can become a pleasant learning experience. Mass is a digital marketing agency – That´s right! just like us – Their portfolio includes very important clients such as BBVA, Amarilo, Burger King, Falabella, Bavaria, among many others.
We created a great relationship with them based on good and hard work. We directly and actively supported their UX, and designed of some of their most important projects.
Objectives
- Support the User Experience and User Interface area.
- Create specific solutions for each project.
Execution
Solid bases for usable projects
We centered all our efforts in making the best user experience possible. The golden rule for both Mass and Mad is: “User is the King”. We took special care about knowing the strategic objectives of each brand and understand why a project was being developed. We participated in the following projects:
Alquería
We entered the new world of Alquería! Their objective was to simplify the relationship between the stakeholders and the brand. Our challenge was to give hierarchy and organize the information in the site, strategically posing the new levels of navigation.
Amarilo
Buying real estate can be complicated and exhausting task, Amarilo’s interest with his new website was to create a pleasant experience for the user and accompany users during all stages of the process (Presale, sale and after-sales). We analyze each one of the activities related to the offline purchase and took them in to the digital world. We designed all the levels and navigation flows. Our main objective was to optimize the process and save user´s time.
Brissa
The brand redesigned the website in order to increase sales. We made a complete inventory of products, where we classified and organized all of them. The result was an optimal hierarchy to the information and the navigation flow for the new site.

Designing pleasant digital experiences
Once the structure, the content inventory and navigation flows were defined, we started the next step. The visual construction of the site. This allowed the user to easily interact with the content. This is where user experience design makes all the difference!
Colombia Capital
The main objective of this website was to deliver clear information and give a practical tool for consulting users about how users can become a Colombian Stock Exchange issuer. We designed the architecture and the wireframes for both PC and Mobile versions of the site.

Terranum
The brand needed to let know the users about the work they do. This led to a new design for the Terranum´s website. We designed the architecture and wireframes. We also categorized all the content so user could find what they need easily.
UX SITE TERRANUM
Connecta
The first Colombian Business Ecosystem needed to be known. They needed to tell the country and the world what the project was about. Above all, to communicate their services and benefits. To achieve this goal our mission was to design the wireframes for the mobile version of the website. We also did the isometric illustration for Connecta´s architectural plan.
