Brief
Heel is a German pharmaceutical company that manufactures medicine produced from natural ingredients . The company focuses on the development of advanced and effective therapies for chronic health problems.
One of the challenges that this company faces every day is to provide practical tools to medical associates. The goal is to quickly reach the patient with clear and adequate information about the products and treatments, through the incursion in digital media and implementation of new and better tools.
To optimize brand communication, three main target audiences are taken into account: Community of doctors (Human and Veterinary) Patients and users.

Vademecum Heel
We designed and developed the platforms for Heel products both human and veterinary. We sort all categories according to their therapeutic use, with clear descriptions and complete information on their components, presentation and directions.
With these platforms, we managed to get a large number of doctors evolved with the new technological tools so they could make quick and effective searches.

High impact activities
A simpler process to access and registry the different training modules of the events for physicians was needed. We designed and developed a platform allowing the users to schedule these events in order to facilitate the registration of the doctors and increase their attendance.
The platform was able to measure the level of assistance effectively. This allowed doctors to save time and avoid printing a large number of invitations per event.

Heel needed to measure the quality of the lectures presented by its speakers. In order to optimize and improve their events, we designed a system of real-time surveys that doctors answer during each conference.

A blog that understands the needs of patients and users who not only seek natural alternatives to their health problems but also improve their lifestyle every day. Our objective was to bring useful, simple and high-quality information to the users, in order to encourage them to build healthy habits and raise awareness about the advantages and benefits of using natural products.
Greater support for our users
We created a video chat that connected health professionals with their patients through a friendly interface and an easy administration system. The goal was to facilitate the conversation between users and speakers. Our main interest was to create a professional channel to solve the user’s doubts and questions quickly.
To massively invite users, different digital pieces were implemented that gave a big boost to the communication strategy.

We planned, designed and developed the Physicians Directory System (pc and mobile friendly). We created a useful tool for specialized consultation.
